The farmhouse and barn that were built over 200 years ago still retain their character of yesterday while many modern conveniences were added for guests to enjoy. Our screened-in, wraparound porch is a great place to relax, while pondering what to explore in the Wolfeboro area. The Afton Inn warmly welcomes you each morning with a home cooked gourmet breakfast served in the main dining room and by the warmth of a crackling fire, on one of New Hampshire's occasional chilly mornings.

In the evening, after enjoying a full day of exploring the town, you'll find numerous videos, board games, and books to enjoy in our library. Four beautiful and individually decorated guest rooms are all furnished with queen sized beds of various designs, including a Shaker-style four post canopy bed and a sleigh bed. Two spacious suites offer guests the luxury of a whirlpool tub, and all rooms have private baths, TV/VCR and air conditioning.
